I hope this message finds you well. As the founder of Astrospheric LLC, I am reaching out to address a situation that has recently impacted our service and, more importantly, our valued customers.
First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or confusion you may have experienced due to issues with your subscription. I understand the frustration and concern this may have caused, and I am deeply sorry for any disruption.
Sometime in early February 2024, Google placed a hold on Astrospheric's payment account without notice. While we are activly working with Google to rectify the issue, they are unable to provide a timeline and unable to explain the ramifications of this hold, however we're hearing from customers about the following.
